Editor's note

Insights is a field journal on PMO setup, enterprise digital transformation, and embedding generative AI into programme delivery. It is written for the people doing the work: the programme managers, BAs, and engineering leads holding the rituals together. Not for the industry around them.

I am Varun Vashisht. Fourteen years across enterprise PMO, business analysis, and embedded AI delivery. PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA. Currently building the AI-tooling layer inside a mid-market enterprise's programme office, previously across financial services, healthcare COB, and large-scale ETL.

Every essay here is rooted in something I ran, ran into, or quietly dismantled. New dispatches land monthly-ish, when there is something real to say. Half of what gets published was sharpened by a reader writing back, which is what the Salon is for.

The future is a negative waiting for the right chemicals.
