Manifesto/v0.3

  1. 01

    Ship tiny.

Every tool here is one thing, well. If it grew a settings panel and a tutorial, it stopped being a lab and became a product. Different game, different rules.

  2. 02

    Open-source LLMs only.

No paid API keys. Llama 3.1 / 3.3, Llava, Whisper, Stable Diffusion. All on Cloudflare Workers AI, all open weights, all running at the edge. The whole lab works without me being awake.

  3. 03

    Honest stubs over fake demos.

A tool with no backend wired up says so. The prompt, the example, the output sample. All shown. You see the recipe before you taste the dish.

  4. 04

    Output is a stance.

If a tool writes apology messages and ours sounds like "we regret if anyone was offended", that's the same as not writing the tool. The prompt does the work. The prompt is the product.

  5. 05

    Glitchy on purpose.

The aesthetics are deliberate. Cyberpunk is the default. If you want a polished corporate skin, the Pro toggle is in the nav. Either way, the tool underneath is the same.

  6. 06

    The PMO comes home.

Half the tools are AI-PM / BA. They're the ones I wanted on the job and never had time to build. Now they exist. They're free. Use them.

  7. 07

    No login.

Not now. Not later. Friction is the enemy of "I'll just try it real quick." Privacy stays in the user's browser.

  8. 08

    Built in public.

Every tool ships from a single repo. Every change is on GitHub. Every idea was once a paragraph in a notebook. There is no team. There is no cathedral.
