I'm available to advise IIBA chapters on standards-clinic structure, mentoring frameworks for CCBA / CBAP candidates, and BABOK v3 study-group cadence. Most useful where a chapter has the volunteers but is uncertain how to structure the practitioner pipeline.
The chapter advisory work is unpaid and runs in addition to my commercial engagements. I commit to one quarter at a time, with a written half-day note at the end of each quarter that captures what worked, what didn’t, and what to try next. The chapter keeps the note as a working document.
No expectation of attribution publicly, but I’m happy to be named where the chapter wants to be public about the support.
