Who you are buying from

This studio is operated by Varun Vashisht, sole practitioner. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the details you provide are accurate, and that you have authority to make the purchase on behalf of any company or organisation named on the order.

What is being sold

Two product categories are sold through this studio.

• Digital products. Templates, playbooks, and tooling packs. Each product page describes what is included and the format of each file.
• Consulting services. Senior-practitioner engagements scoped through a signed Statement of Work. The studio pages describe the offering. The contract itself is the SoW.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in United States Dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes are added at checkout where applicable. Prices may change at any time, but the price you see at the moment of checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Payment

Payment is processed by the payment provider linked to the studio's checkout. The studio does not store card details. By submitting an order you authorise the payment provider to charge the stated amount.

Digital product licence

A digital product purchase grants one company a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the templates and assets internally. You may adapt the templates for your own engagements and projects. You may not resell the templates, repackage them as a competing commercial product, or upload them to public template marketplaces.

Where a product ships with industry editions, the licence covers the full pack purchased.

Delivery

Digital products are available for download as soon as the order is confirmed. Download links appear on the order confirmation page and are also emailed to the address on the order. Consulting engagements are delivered against the scope and milestones recorded in the signed Statement of Work.

Cancellations and refunds

Refund eligibility is covered in the separate refund policy.

Liability

The templates and assets are provided as practical artefacts based on real-world engagements. They are aids to good practice, not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances. To the extent permitted by law, liability for any loss arising from the use of a downloaded product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Consulting engagements are governed by the liability clauses in the Statement of Work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi NCR.
